BODUM SIGNS UP AS KEY SPONSOR

Bodum, which is returning to show at Exclusively Housewares this year after a break last year, has confirmed it will also be sponsoring the show’s Buyer’s Lounge, which is for the exclusive use of buyers visiting the show.

Thanks to Bodum, buyers will have access to free wifi connections, two private meeting rooms and light refreshments throughout the show.

With UK sales controller Jeremy Grant overseeing Bodum’s outing at Exclusively Housewares, the company is sure to make a big splash at the show as this will be the first time its new 2010 products will have been displayed in the UK.

Other news for the show includes new signings from Anotech International UK, the company which is distributing Green Pan products, with Chris Stevens (ex Typhoon) at its head; Buckingham Healthcare, which will be debuting the ‘Knork’ range of cutlery, Home Creations, manufacturers and distributors of home textiles, Just Slate, manufacturers of high quality slate tableware, Swan Products, showing under its own name for the first time and promising new versions of its ever-popular Swan Teasmade and Paladone Products, specialists in gift development and production. In addition, Jotta Cutlery and Xystos are both returning to the show.

Exclusively Housewares is a restricted admission show, with only bona fide housewares and tabletop buyers invited to attend.

The 2010 show will run on 8 and 9 June at the Business Design Centre in Islington, London. 2010 marks the ninth year the show has run, and once again the show will be bringing together one of the largest specialist line-up’s of housewares and tabletop suppliers in the UK.
