Brabantia will preview a number of new products at Exclusively Housewares across its key product categories: waste control, kitchen storage, kitchen tools and gadgets, laundry care and bathroom.


KITCHEN STORAGE

Brabantia’s flexible Kitchen Today wall-rail system is to be further enhanced with the addition of stylish porcelain Storage Cups in two handy sizes.

Whatever you need to keep close at hand - fresh herbs, sea salt, loose ingredients, pens, pencils and other ‘bits and pieces’ - these new additions provide the perfect and well-organised storage solution. Clipped to the wall rail and easily detached for use on the kitchen worktop, these new Storage Cups provide just the answer.

Available in small and large sizes, the cups are made from crisp white porcelain to give a timeless design to complement either a modern or classic kitchen interior. They are also quick and easy to clean and dishwasher safe.

KITCHEN TOOLS AND GADGETS

Brabantia has introduced an all-new Knife block to complement its line-up of kitchen knives.

The Knife block has been specially designed to store Brabantia’s five-piece knife set and sharpening steel in a compact and secure way, and suits either a classic or modern-look kitchen.

Whereas most traditional knife blocks are static and follow the same basic design, this new product from Brabantia is made from sustainably sourced Ash*, and boasts a more contemporary design with beautifully engineered vertical side slots, each dedicated to a specific item. The space efficient shape is made even more useful by being mounted on a smart, stainless steel base, so the block rotates smoothly to ensure the right knife falls readily to hand, and is easy to remove.

WASTE CONTROL

Recently launched in matt steel with Fingerprint Proof coating, the slim-line 45 litre Slide Bin De Luxe is also now available in a brilliant steel finish.

This state-of-the-art design features an unusual yet highly tactile opening mechanism. The all-metal lid slides in, upwards and back with a simple one-handed movement, revealing a wide opening and capacious 45-litre storage space. This makes it easy and hygienic to dispose of kitchen waste - even when emptying large plates - and reduces the chance of touching the bin’s contents.

LAUNDRY CARE

With extra colours and extra fun, Brabantia’s successful XXL-size Ironing Tables now come with three exclusively designed ‘Table Time’ covers called Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

The tables feature a large - 135 x 45 cm - asymmetric top that’s ideal for ironing sitting down, and a special ‘shoulder shaped’ work surface for faster ironing of shirts and blouses.

For extra comfort and convenience, each one comes with a moveable heat-resistant (max. 220°C/428°F) silicone iron rest. Also available individually, there are four fun styles to choose from: a black coffee mug, red tea pot, blue hot iron and an ivory soup tureen.

BATHROOM

Brabantia has added a stylish set of personal weighing scales to its stainless steel bathroom collection. Minimalist, contemporary and practical, the new scales not only help you stay trim and look good, but enhance the look of your bathroom or shower room at the same time. And as well as an accurate, electronic weighing system, it also doubles as a useful bathroom clock.

The scales feature a large, smooth and comfortable foot plate - suitable for big feet! - and an easy-read back-lit display with clear digital numerals. Accurate measurements are given in kilograms, pounds and stones up to a maximum capacity of 160 kg, 352 lbs and 25 stone.

For compact storage when not in use, the weighing scales are provided with a wall bracket, and can double as a wall clock.
