Every year buyers from all the major department stores attend the show, along with mail order and internet retailers such as Amazon and Lakeland. The show is also used by buyers from specialist cookshops around the UK and more general home and hardware stores.

Some of the stores send whole teams to visit, making the most of the opportunity to meet up with current suppliers face to face, other buyers attend to take a quick and easy look through the new trends for the season, to buy for autumn and Christmas, and source new suppliers.
