Pendeford Housewares Takes On CAT Enterprises

Pendeford Housewares has announced it is to take over all the sales, marketing, administration and distribution for CAT Enterprises.

Following the untimely death of Charles Harrison, owner of CAT Enterprises, last year, his widow Teresa Harrison said, "We needed to restructure and Pendeford offers all the skills to drive the business forward whilst sharing the same high levels of ethics and commitment to customer service and care."

Ralph Humphries, md of Pendeford, agreed, saying, "This is a perfect match and we are excited about working together. The microwave cookware and ironing board covers fit perfectly into our current operation because we are supplying the same customers who will now have one supplier and one contact point. This means a mixture of all ranges can be ordered, delivered and invoiced as one from Pendeford’s offices in Willenhall, West Midlands."

The upcoming Exclusively Housewares show will be the first opportunity to view the Easy-cooK and Laundry Master ranges alongside Pendeford's cookware, kettles and tea pots. Pendeford will also be showing its new I-Bake non-stick bakeware and I-Cook, a new range of induction cookware.
